ROOM DIVIDER
Wooden paravent designed for MAS Karimoku 2023.
This folding room divider comes with 3 or 5 panels. It highlights the texture of ‘Hinoki’ (Japanese Cypress) and it is lightweight due to the characteristics of this coniferous softwood. The craft weaving technique of ‘Ashiro-ami’ is incorporated into the panel surface. The frames are connected with wooden hinges, allowing for adjustable angles as needed.
